I began my journey at PCF March 17,2014. I have always struggled with my weight. I began August 20,2012 trying to lose weight. Since I needed to get healthy for my three kids. I am a single mom so no one is going to take care of them but me so I need to be healthy. I had a health scare after having my son I ended up with a blood clot in my spine that they had to give me a blood patch to get rid of it then had to get 10 liters of fluid off my lungs. Then had gotten cervix cancer but all is good now. Got 100lbs off then came to a brick in the road. But got rid of my diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. So I seen PCF was coming and Beefy asked me to join I thought about it for awhile then finally had the courage to go. My first day, first week I won't lie I was soar. But I got up every morning to go back again. I love the motivation Matt and the trainers gave me to continue my battle with weight loss. My goal was 150lbs lost in two years. I am happy to say August 20,2014 is two years and I made my goal of 151lbs lost. Matt and the trainers at PCF are the best and definitely motivate you that if you set your mind to it you can do it too. My motto is SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP! Many of you have heard me say it many times before. I can't say enough Thank you to Matt and his staff for helping me reach my goal. PCF will definitely push you to your max with Awesome results.

I came into Matts workout and let him know I workout everyday and that I was in pretty good shape. I remember he just laughed at me and said ok big boy let’s see how long you last. So he bet me a free month that I wouldn’t make it through his workout the first day. Long story short I threw up within in about twenty minutes. It wasn’t that it was extremely hard it is his style of training the pushes you. All I can say is that what he does….works. He performed a miracle on me and I didn’t think I could ever be pushed any harded and be in better shape then I already was.

Hi my name is Irene Ramos, I am 52 yrs young. I had always wanted to join a fitness center but just never took the time to do it. I consider myself to be fairly healthy and i even did a 5K run this year which is also something that i've always wanted to do. I've have been doin the PCF workout for two months now and I am seeing the results more and more everyday. I love the workout and crave it daily now never thought it would be like this, but I couldn't be happier that it is! Change can happen you just have to make it happen and PCF helps make it happen.

I have been active all my life; always trying to do something to stay fit. I've pretty much tried it all from Aerobics to Zumba. All of them met my need elevate my heart rate, work up a sweat 3-4 times per week…meet the guidelines for fitness. What none of them did, however, is improve my body's total health. I may have had better endurance, stronger legs, or stronger core, depending on the type of workout I was engaging in, but I never enjoyed the benefits of complete improvement, overall. That all changed when I joined PCF last August!

I'm 42 years old, and about to sound like a commercial, but I'm in the best shape of my life! My husband, who has known me a very long time, completely agrees. I have more muscle strength, more toned, lean, muscle, and better cardio endurance; and I've enjoyed the work involved in getting to this point.

Matt's and his trainers deserve a lot of the credit. The other gym members also helped. PCF isn't just a gym, it's positive environment, where everyone, and everything is there to help you meet your goals, whatever they may be. The trainers are supportive and encouraging, pushing you to where they know you can be, without making you feel defeated, frustrated, or hate them. (I have been to gyms where I've hated the trainers due to their negative methods of reinforcement.) The other members become your best cheerleaders, celebrating your accomplishments, and helping you keep going when you don't think you have anything left to go on. Going to class is like hanging out with your friends, only with a wicked work out as you socialize.

The classes aren't easy, they are challenging. They are also never boring or monotonous. Matt designs his work outs so you get a balanced body workout. You burn fat, build muscle,and have some fun too. If you want to be a better you, this is the place to do it. I could keep going on and on, about how great this place is, but it would be better to just try it out and see for yourself!
