Lose Weight

Losing weight is a primary reason most people select a gym membership. We have had 100’s of success stories in regards to weight loss at PCF, but it is not the single most important thing in determining one’s health. Losing weight is very important if you are overweight. If you are like most of us when we get up in the morning we hop on the scale to see what we weigh. PCF asks you to challenge that way of thinking and ask yourself this. “Would you want to be 150lbs and 38% percent body fat or would you want to be 150lbs and 20% body fat and be four pant sizes smaller?” We believe it is the latter. You can accomplish both weight loss and less body fat at the same time. We strictly monitor weight loss and body fat loss every month. It is important for our members to understand the difference and importance of both and be held accountable for each. Accomplishing both of these is not easy and it will not be accomplished without proper nutrition.
