Functional Fitness and Interval training is a staple at our facility. Power Combat Fitness spends a tremendous amount of time developing curriculum that targets the individuals’ fitness levels specifically for group training. In order to achieve weight loss and build lean muscle we must increase the cardio capacity of our members. We like to take the “Shock and Awe” approach, and nobody does it better than PCF.
