FAQ

I am very out shape and I haven’t worked in a long time will I be able to do your workouts?

Absolutely. We have built our program so that anyone can do no matter what fitness level you are at. Your 100% percent is YOUR 100%. In time you will be stronger and more mobile and will be able to push yourself harder and harder.

I have some injuries will it be ok to workout in your program?

We have your fill out a Health Questionnaire prior to coming in. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to obtain these forms. Once we review the information we will ask you to come in so we can meet in person. We always make sure that your first consult with your doctor prior to attending our classes and get approval from your doctor if you have any questions on past medical conditions or injuries.

Do you do personal training?

Yes we do by appointment only.

What ages can attend PCF?

We have students as young as 13 years old up to 65 years old. The PCF family is for everyone.

Can I pay as I go or do drop-ins at PCF.

No. We do not allow walk-ins, drop ins, or anyone to come to PCF that cannot attend more than 3 times a week. It is our firm belief that in order for us to help you you must make the commitment to come. However there are exceptions to this on a limited basis. Please contact us with any questions regarding this exception.

Do you do body fat testing?

Yes, we do body fat testing once a month or as our members request it. We do four point caliper testing-NOT the cheap handheld electronic testing….those do not work and are easily manipulated.

How often can I train?

You can attend as many classes as you want as many times a day as we have available. You may also attend classes at either location.

How do I get started?

Please download the Health Questionnaire Form, Waiver, and Contact Form from our website and email them back to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . We will review the information and either call you to set up an appointment or send you an email approving your acceptance into PCF.

Are there programs for kids?

We are in the process of developing sport specific training programs over the summer for both PCF locations. Our newest program called “Next Level” will be implemented in the summer of 2014. Please watch our website for updates.

Will I lose weight?

PCF is designed to look at the complete picture of each member. There are a number of factors that you must consider that contribute to weight loss. The three components needed are nutrition, exercise, and adequate rest. Working out is not the solution. We take a very consultative approach to your health and fitness and priority number one should be your nutrition. Working out without proper nutrition will not give you the results that you may expect. PCF focuses heavily on body fat percentage as a true measure of health. You will want to ask yourself would you want to be 130lbs and have 35% body fat or would you want to be 130lbs with 20% body fat. Most gym overlook the body fat percentage as a true indicator of one’s health. We have a proven system that has worked for hundreds of our members.

Do you do the same workouts all the time?

No we change our curriculum monthly and there is no workout during the week that is the same. Each month has a different focus and a different set of workouts. You will never be bored and you will always be challenged.

Frequently asked questions

Do you do P90X, Jillian Michaels, Body Combat, or Insanity?

No we are absolutely authentic in what we do. We believe that creating our own unique system is more effective and more challenging then copying other workouts. Knowing that your coaches and trainers work very hard to come up with new and innovative approaches to your workouts gives our members great pride in what they do. It would be very easy for us to do the “Big Box” workouts and memorize the DVD’s, but we always say at PCF there is only one way…”The Hard Way.”
